METER. FEED. MEASURE.
Build the right chemical-feed system.
Explore these Blue-White product families, then let Hudson help narrow the choice to your application. Featured models are examples; materials, controls, and operating limits vary by configuration.
01 / CHEMICAL METERING
FLEXFLO® peristaltic pumps
Move chemicals through a flexible tube with gentle pumping action. The A3 offers touchscreen operation, built-in tube failure detection, and remote control options for industrial dosing applications.
A3: up to 33.3 GPH; up to 125 PSI

02 / DIAPHRAGM DOSING
CHEM-FEED® diaphragm pumps
The CD3 uses alternating dual diaphragms to deliver a smooth chemical feed profile. Blue-White identifies it for off-gassing chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite and peracetic acid, with diaphragm failure detection built in.
CD3: up to 52.6 GPH; up to 145 PSI

04 / FLOW MEASUREMENT
SONIC-PRO® flow meters
Measure actual chemical feed with the MS6 ultrasonic flow meter. Configurable 4–20 mA and pulse outputs support process monitoring. Blue-White also offers variable-area and paddlewheel flow meters for other measurement needs.
MS6 ranges: 10–5,000 or 100–10,000 mL/min

Maximum flow and maximum pressure are model limits and may not be available together. Final selection requires the specific performance data, chemical compatibility, and site conditions.
START WITH YOUR PROCESS
The right fit starts
with the details.
A pump model is only part of the decision. Hudson can help you review the full chemical-feed duty before selecting equipment.
Chemical compatibility
Identify the chemical, concentration, and temperature. Review every wetted component, including the tube or diaphragm, fittings, piping, and seals.
Flow & pressure
Share the minimum and maximum feed rate, discharge pressure, suction conditions, and operating schedule.
Controls & verification
Define manual or automatic dosing, required signals, flow measurement, and the information your control system needs.
PLAN THE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
From one pump to
a packaged system.
Discuss a standalone metering pump, a skid with serviceable piping components, or a flow meter to verify chemical delivery. Available space, access for maintenance, and containment needs all influence the configuration.
Hudson supports Florida industrial and municipal customers. For drinking-water applications, identify the exact model and applicable certification requirements during selection.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Blue-White product questions.
Can Hudson help select a Blue-White metering pump?
Yes. Send your chemical, concentration, temperature, dosing range, and discharge pressure. Hudson can help evaluate product options and prepare a quote.
What is the difference between peristaltic and diaphragm pumps?
Peristaltic pumps move fluid by compressing a flexible tube. Diaphragm pumps move fluid through a pumping chamber using diaphragm motion and check valves. Compatibility, pressure, dosing range, and maintenance needs guide the choice.
Are pumps included with every skid?
Confirm the complete bill of materials with your quote. Blue-White lists pumps separately for the CFPS-2; pump models, piping materials, and optional accessories must be specified for the application.
Where can I find manuals and chemical compatibility information?
Each featured product links to Blue-White’s specifications and literature. Use the manufacturer’s resource center ↗ for additional documentation, and review your chemical details with Hudson before ordering.
