Helpful repair details
Include as much information as you can in the comments field:
- Equipment: manufacturer, model and serial number.
- The problem: symptoms, when they began and whether the equipment is operating.
- Your application: liquid handled and operating conditions, if known.
- Service needs: equipment location, preferred timing and whether on-site assistance is needed.
Before sending equipment
Contact our service team to confirm the receiving shop and delivery details.
Complete the Customer Equipment Form before sending equipment. It records the product handled, cleaning and draining status, and applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information.
