The XPV uses a variable-speed drive for peristaltic metering. Select the pump and tube combination around the operating flow range and system pressure.

Manufacturer-listed modes include fixed-speed, cycle timer, daily timer, pulse, and 4–20 mA operation. Confirm the input signal and desired response for the installed system.

Tube material and pressure rating affect chemical compatibility and allowable duty. Single- and duplex-head arrangements are listed; confirm the exact model, tube, and connection requirements.

Can the highest-flow model also deliver the highest listed pressure?

Do not assume so. The technical sheet assigns pressure limits by model and tube option. Select a combination that meets both requirements at the same time.

How do I identify the correct replacement tube?

Provide the complete pump model, existing tube designation, chemical, concentration, temperature, and discharge pressure. Confirm the part against the manufacturer’s documentation.

Does the pump need application calibration?

Check the delivered flow under the actual operating conditions and follow the model-specific commissioning instructions. Tube condition and operating conditions can affect delivery.
