Gorman-Rupp’s 6400 Series end suction centrifugal pumps are engineered with the same proven reliability and durability found in our Super T Series® pumps, making them a cost-effective solution for flooded suction applications. These pumps are designed to handle various industrial, agricultural, and construction applications, offering versatility and efficiency.

The 6400 Series pumps come with multiple impeller options, including solids-handling and high-efficiency configurations, making them suitable for both clean liquids and those containing large solids. Our Eradicator® and Eradicator Plus solids management technologies ensure effective handling of tough, stringy materials, minimizing downtime and maintenance.

These pumps feature a double-floating, self-aligning oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal, ensuring a longer operational life and ease of maintenance. Additionally, the rotating assembly is interchangeable with most Super T Series models, allowing for quick and easy in-field conversions and part replacements.

Key Features:

  • Multiple Impeller Options: Including two-vane solids-handling, multi-vane for higher heads, and vortex models for abrasive applications.
  • Eradicator Solids Management: Available on non-vortex models, ideal for tough solids applications.
  • Interchangeable Rotating Assembly: Compatible with most Super T Series models for easy maintenance.
  • Durability and Reliability: Non-Eradicator Plus models are backed by a five-year warranty, ensuring long-lasting, trouble-free operation.
  • Application Versatility: Suitable for wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, construction sites, mines, and agricultural settings.
  • Warranty: Five-year warranty for long-lasting, trouble-free operation.  One-year warranty for Eradicator Plus models.

Features:

Maximum Versatility

6400 Series end suction centrifugal pumps are based on the proven components and technology of Gorman-Rupp’s Super T Series self-priming centrifugal pumps.

Most models are interchangeable with comparable Super T Series pumps. 6400 Series models follow the same footprint and shaft alignment as Super T Series pumps, making them an easy, more efficient option in flooded suction applications.

Interchangeable Rotating Assembly

The entire rotating assembly* can be removed without disturbing the pump
volute or piping. This allows for quick and easy installation of a spare rotating
assembly, resulting in maximum uptime. *Rotating Assembly not interchangeable on 3” models.

Cartridge Seal

Exclusive double-floating, self-aligning, oil lubricated mechanical cartridge seal
with stationary and rotating face of silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide is
specifically designed for abrasive and/or trash handling service. Consult the factory
for additional seal configurations.

Standard & Vortex Impeller Options
