Tencarva Welcomes Hoffman-Kane Distributors

Expanding the Tencarva network
On February 17, 2026, Hudson Pump’s parent company, Tencarva Machinery Company, announced its acquisition of Hoffman-Kane Distributors.
Based in Pittsburgh, Hoffman-Kane serves western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and West Virginia with pumps, seals, gaskets, repair services and custom fabrication.
The business continues under the Hoffman-Kane name, with its team remaining in place. The acquisition broadens Tencarva’s regional coverage and adds technical and aftermarket capabilities to the wider organization.
